Warranty

Terzani Srl (“Terzani”) warrants its products to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of two (2) years from the date of delivery. During this warranty period, Terzani will repair or replace, at its option and free of charge, any product that is proven to be defective. This warranty does not apply to damages resulting from accidents, alterations, tampering, misuse, negligence, or abuse. This warranty does not apply to light bulbs because they are not products manufactured by Terzani and in instances when they are supplied by Terzani this is done solely as a courtesy to the customer. THE FOREGOING WARRANTIES ARE THE SOLE WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, GIVEN BY TERZANI IN CONNECTION WITH THE PRODUCTS AND SERVICES, AND TERZANI DISCLAIMS ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT OF THIRD PARTY RIGHTS AND WARRANTIES AGAINST LATENT DEFECTS.

Limitation on Liability

TERZANI HEREBY EXPRESSLY EXCLUDES ANY LIABILITY FOR INDIRECT, SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES OF ANY NATURE UNDER THE TERMS OF THIS WARRANTY (EXCEPT IN COUNTRIES THAT DO NOT ALLOW SUCH EXCLUSIONS, IN WHICH CASE TERZANI LIMITS ITS LIABILITY TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW).

Additionally, Terzani is not responsible for the following:

• Any costs related to installation, re-installation, removal, or repair
• Damage caused by improper installation or assembly by the purchaser or a third party
• Damage caused by exposure to weather or improper environment
• Damage caused by improper cleaning solutions or methods
• Any change in appearance or patina caused by natural wear
